Client and Coach Agreement:

As your exercise and health professionals, we are here to partner with you and help you achieve your health and fitness goals. For you to achieve success, we would like to take this opportunity to set out the responsibilities for both you, the Client and us, your coach.


Client responsibilities:

24-hour cancellation policy: If Fortify Fitness is notified of a cancellation with at least 24-hour notice, then the Client is entitled to catch-up sessions and these sessions must be rescheduled. If however Fortify Fitness is notified of a cancellation less than 24 hours, (unless it’s Beyond Your Human Control condition), then the session is forfeited. Catch-up sessions must be re-scheduled at time of cancellation.

If you’re unable to attend and cancel a session due to circumstances regarded as Beyond Your Human Control, then your session/s may be re-scheduled. Examples of Beyond Your Human Control includes being in a car accident, a car accident which caused delayed arrival, family emergency, being sick and so on. In these circumstances, you’re entitled to a re-scheduled session. Delayed arrival from regular traffic is judgmental and therefore not covered.


Direct Debit Agreement

I agree that if I wish to cancel, stop, defer, vary or change the direct debit amount, frequency or the Direct Debit Request then I must notify Fortify Fitness in writing with at least two (2) weeks’ notice.

I agree that EziDebit cannot cancel, stop, defer, vary or change the direct debit amount, frequency or the Direct Debit Request unless instructed to by the Financial Institution or the Principal.

Weekly direct debit is ongoing until 2 week’s notice to cancel debit is provided via email to info@fortifyfitness.com.au

A $6.60 dishonour fee may apply for each failed direct debit attempt.


Planned Leave Notification: If the Client has planned leave from services at Fortify Fitness, such as holidays, then a minimum of 7 days' notice must be provided via email. This notice should specify the last training session date and the anticipated return training session date to ensure the direct debit is placed on hold.

Coach responsibilities.

1. Making, attending and planning sessions along with keeping appointment times available.

2. Providing evidence-based guidance on relevant health and lifestyle factors to nurture client success.

3. Providing ongoing assessments to monitor client progress and success.
